Delivery is FREE & FAST for all items.
All goods are delivered by Australia Post eParcel and include online tracking. We can deliver to either a street address or PO Box and every item is fully registered which requires a signature on delivery. Larger items such as drum kits are sent via StarTrack, which also require a signature upon delivery. We strongly recommend sending your item to an address someone will be able to inspect and sign for your item (such as your workplace).
Express Postage is also available for even faster delivery, usually (but ABSOLUTELY not guaranteed) next day.
If there isn't anyone at your address when delivery is made, a card will be left advising you to collect your goods from your local Post Office. If your item is being shipped via StarTrack, they will only attempt delivery once so please be sure to include a delivery address where a person will be there to sign for your item. If StarTrack is unable to deliver, your item will be taken to your local depot and you will have to arrange collection yourself.
All goods are carefully packed and fully insured against loss or transit damage.
Goods are dispatched from our huge, fully stocked warehouse generally within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Yes, you may pick your item up from our warehouse showroom in Heidelberg West, Melbourne. Please message or call us on 1800 687 624 to arrange this.
Muso City does not ship overseas. We do however, ship free to anywhere in Australia.

At Muso City, our goal is to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. That's why we have a 30 day money-back satisfaction guarantee. You either love it, or send it back. It's that simple! And Yes, even if you change your mind.

For returns of any reason, please contact us first by eBay messaging or calling 1800 687 624 (between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday) as we may be able to easily talk you through any simple issues you may be having.
'CHANGE OF MIND' RETURNS POLICY
Muso City accepts returns and refunds for 'change of mind' within 30 days. In the case of change of mind, the buyer pays and arranges for postage back of the goods to Muso City. Once the goods have been returned to Muso City and inspected to be in original packaging and 'as new' condition, we'll then arrange a refund to the buyer. ONLY 'Change of mind' returns that AREN'T returned in original packaging occur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your PayPal refund.
'30 DAY WARRANTY' RETURNS POLICY
If your item is faulty or has an issue within 30 days of purchase date, Muso City will happily arrange and pay to have the item returned to us to have your item either repaired or replaced, then shipped back - all at no expense to the buyer. You may not return goods without contacting us prior and receiving our return authority.
WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY
If your item is faulty or has an issue within the item's warranty period from the purchase date, you must firstly contact us immediately. We'll then work with you to help you ship the item back to Muso City (at your expense), then we'll either repair, replace the item and ship back to you (at our expense). We will also refund you the full purchase amount if we cannot repair or replace your item within an acceptable period of time.
