MUSO CITY DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery

Dependent upon physical size and weight, items will be shipped by our preferred carrier for your destination. Upon dispatch you will receive tracking information via email either directly from our shipping broker or via internal sales. All items are covered by transit insurance against damage or loss. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to ship within 1 working day. Delivery is normally within 5 business days, dependent upon location. Fast, cost effective and safe delivery of your order is our highest priority. Please notify us immediately of any problems with your delivery.

Items sent by courier are usually delivered during work hours and require a signature for confirmation of delivery. We therefore strongly recommend you nominate a WORK ADDRESS or similar for shipping.
Extra charges will be incurred for repeated delivery attempts.
Only items fall within the dimensional stipulations of Australia Post will have the option of P.O. Box delivery.

 

MUSO CITY RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

Muso City 60 Day Return Policy

All Muso City customers purchasing products via the Muso City website are entitled to return their purchase for refund or replacement within sixty days if goods are deemed as unsuitable or of inferior quality.
Goods are to be returned directly to Muso City. All goods must be in original, pristine and resellable condition with original packaging. Refunds and replacements will be processed via Muso City and dispatched directly to the customer.

 

General Muso City Refund & Returns Policy

Your Product is covered against defects. All warranty issues are to be directed to Muso City.

You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:

  • faulty
  • significantly different to those shown or described 
  • not doing what they are supposed to do


Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), be in the original packaging complete with owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse. Please do not write on the manufacturer's box.

 

Total Liability

Our total liability in respect of this Warranty against defects is limited to either the repair or replacement of the goods at the discretion of Muso City and/or their Authorised Repair Agents.

 

Statutory Guarantee

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Warranty Periods

All product Warranties apply from the date of original purchase and only to the original purchaser of the goods.

 

Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a Warranty claim, contact Muso City on 03 9457 8050 to obtain a Return Authority Number and to arrange the return of the product along with proof of purchase and Warranty Card to Muso City HQ. Provide details of the defect/fault.
Please note that repairs may be directed to an Authorised Muso City Repair Agent.


Limitations

The Warranty does not cover;

  • General wear and tear due to usage.
  • Damage as a result of misuse and/or abuse, neglect or accident.
  • Damage or defects caused to the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product
  • Products that have not been maintained according to the owner’s manual.
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
  • Exposure to excessive heat and/or humidity.
  • Any damage caused by dirt, abrasions, moisture, rust, corrosion, leaking batteries or other similar conditions.
  • Any damage or loss resulting from the use of incorrect mains voltage as detailed on the product or in the owner’s manual or care instructions.
  • Any and all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us pursuant to this warranty.
  • Damage or loss to the product caused whilst the product is shipped or delivered to or from us or the Jade Authorized Service Centre.
  • Damage due to factors beyond our control.
